These Terms are an agreement between you and [Company Legal Name — set LEGAL_COMPANY_NAME] ("we," "us") governing your use of SparkoBox. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

Audience members are never required to create an account to browse, join a show, chat, or send a free request — an account is only needed to hold a wallet balance or spend money. Performers sign in with a real Google account. There are no passwords anywhere in this system; sign-in is entirely through your identity provider.

Payments, wallets, and fees

Adding money to a wallet, tipping, and boosting a request all move real money through a third-party payment processor. Wallet balances and any promotional credit we grant are non-transferable and have no cash value outside their intended use — promotional credit specifically can never be withdrawn or exchanged for cash. Performers: a platform fee, based on a published tiered schedule against your calendar-month revenue, is withheld before the rest is credited to your wallet. A fee-tier change only ever affects revenue you haven't earned yet; it can never retroactively change what a past, already-credited performance earned. Withdrawal of performer wallet balances to a bank account is not yet available.

Content you submit

Song requests, chat messages, and popups you submit remain yours, but by submitting them you grant us a license to display them to the performer, the venue screen, and other attendees of that show. You agree not to submit content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative (especially involving minors — a zero-tolerance line), or that infringes someone else's rights or attempts to manipulate the queue or payments through fraud or abuse.

Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use payment services in your jurisdiction to add money to a wallet or tip. [Age requirements for using the Service are still being finalized; the venue's own admission policy is separate from, and does not substitute for, a Service-level age requirement.]

Suspension and termination

We can suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms, defrauding us or another user, or abusing the platform. You can stop using the Service at any time. See our Privacy Policy for what does and doesn't get deleted when an account closes.

Governing law
